About: VAX was formed in 1999 as a trio, consisting of organ, guitar and drums. Their main focus was British rhythm and blues rock from the 60's and 70's, strongly influenced by the distinctive sound of the Farfisa organ. VAX has performed at many concerts and festivals in Iceland and abroad, such as Iceland Airwaves, Aldrei fór ég suður, Bræðslan, Norðurljósablús and Frysk Festival.
